Kelly Polito

Originally from Canada, I relocated to Scottsdale seven years ago with my husband, turning one of our favorite vacation spots into our forever home thanks to a career opportunity. After two wonderful years of early retirement, I’m thrilled to reenter the professional world as part of the AHAA team. This new chapter marks a renewed commitment to growth, collaboration, and purpose-driven work.

With more than 32 years of life experience as a devoted spouse and proud mother of two incredible sons, I bring a grounded, thoughtful perspective to everything I do. A lifelong reader, I devour over 60 books a year and have been a member of the same book club for 25 years—continuing to meet virtually with friends back in Canada to share stories and stay connected.

I’m looking forward to combining my personal passions with professional purpose—contributing meaningfully, building new relationships, and growing in exciting new ways.
