Terms:

• Ad  Submission: All advertising materials must be submitted via email to arabian@scottsdaleshow.com. Submissions must include the advertisement content and company logo in JPEG format.
• Advertising Term: Advertisements will remain posted on the AHAA website through September 30, 2027, unless AHAA receives written notification requesting removal prior to that date.
• Payment: Full payment of $250.00 is due upon execution of this Agreement for the initial advertisement posting. All payments are non-refundable.
• Changes to Advertisement: Any changes requested after the initial advertisement has been posted will incur a $25.00 fee per occurrence. Additional fees must be paid before requested changes are made.
